NO more Electrolux please!

It is really sad that brand like Electrolux has such deplorable after sales service.


17th September 2013 - My fridge went out of order on Tuesday the 17th September 2013...I reported at 9.03 am  on 17/9/2013


19th September - Representative arrived only at 5 pm on 19th September...on inspection he found that the fridge would have to go to workshop and assured me that it would be picked up the next day...it would take 4-5 days to solder the pipe and fill up the gas which had leaked out...


20th September - I waited for someone to call for pickup and then called the local authorized service center at 3.30 pm only to know that the office has no information that the fridge was to be picked up...the technician who visited my place apparently had not informed the workshop about pickup....the lady at the other end checked up and called back saying they would try on 20th September itself, failing which definitely on 21st September 2013...the next day...from the tone one could make out that it would not be possible on 20th September..that was only a polished way to pacify the customer.


21st September - No call at all...no response to my calls.


Customers have no alternative and hence companies take advantage but one thing in sure...no more Electrolux for any gadgets (my microwave oven also is Electrolux brand unfortunately)...and neither am I ever ever going to recommend this brand to anyone. One customer may not matter, but it will matter someday.
