I would like to highlight maturity of Electrolux Customer Care, how really they cares about customer after selling their product. I have raised a couple of complaints about my microwave and it has happened 2 months and my product still at service center but they couldnt provide any solution. I have contacted their customer care but they couldnt provide me any satisfactory answers. Even they assured me their Area Sales Manager (Mr Vikram) talk to me but he didnt turn up. I have aksed his contact number so I can call Mr Vikram but they didnt provide me. Even I tried to contact their branch manager Mr. Dhanjay Kulkarni but all efforts in vain. Regarding their service center (Infocool, Koperkhairne), they have taken customer granted and didnt have any timeline to resolve customer problem. They are trying to cheat customer although their is no relevant issues. They changeed microwaves PC board twice although problem was in coil and charged more than Rs. 1800 every time. Now I am approaching to consumer court to teach them a lesson. I request you all, please never by Electrolux product. It is worthless and imature twoards customer care....
