I purchased this product last year, and looking at their global track record and the past exploits of their new indian CEO, I looked for a good product and good after sales service.

The m/w is good oven when it works.
But if it has even a slight problem, rush to the nearest mandir/masgid/girja/gurudwara....
For the service is pathetic. And according to the company service engineer it is an obsolete product.
Probably the company wants to cash in on the replacement market!! they launched the product not too long ago.
But their focus on service at the top seems to be existent, as mine got serviced with in a week after running down service centers for 2.5 months.
The company shouldremember that it is easier to retain a customer than to hunt down new ones in the hope for replacements.
