I have never written a review in my life for a product or a company. However, in the case of Electrolux or their sub company, CPO Electrolux I can’t stand by and watch others suffer. I ordered a vacuum and they sent me a miss matched product. The motor was different than all the enclosed parts. I practically had to beg customer service for an over night delivery because I had already waited over a week for the initial vacuum ( and yes paid shipping costs) At first they said “no” because they would have to pay for it. After leaving me on hold for well over 30 minutes waiting for a manager they finally agreed to ship next day air which in their mind was 4 days later.
Finally I receive the product and they actually sent me a broken vacuum, the motor didn’t power on. Seriously how smart do you have to be to test a product by pushing the power button. Finally, after waiting an entire day for the manager to call me back to straighten this mess out Melissa Poe at CPO called me (after I left several messages). She went on and on, complaining about how much money the companies is loosing because of this inconvieince situation and she would rather loose customer that loose another dollar.
And, she would only refund me my money after she received the vacuums that I had to waste my time packing. And on top of all of this she never sent me a return shipping label. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever run into. And from what I read, they have the most horrible products as well. At least they are consistent.
