My friends recommened an IFB washing machine and I went to buy one. I got conned into buying an Electrolux machine by a salesman in Pai Electronics in Koramangala.
Been suffering since then.No real issue with features etc. Just breaks down way too often. I had to call the service about 3 times in the warranty period itself. Since then I have spent 6000 rupees on maintenance on an apprx. 14K machine.
Service was also slow and very bad. Needed to do a lot of yelling, people would not show up on time, had to escalate, yell again, go back to service center, call people directly, then they would come and say this is beyond my capabilities I need to get another person and so on and so forth. It broke down today again. I give up, I am going to see if I can exchange it for an IFB.
