Hello Guys,
Instead of writing the entire thing again, I will just copy-paste the registered letter which I sent to Electrolux to sue them, after all my frustation to get the machine working. You can Judge from this itself , if it is worth the purchase. I was told later , that this problem was found in many fabriglow pieces. Please be careful.

Sub: Defective Washing Machine Model ?Electrolux WM-Fabriglow?
Dear Sir,
I has purchased the above washing machine from the Electrolux dealer, M/S Pai
International, Koramangala, Bangalore, vide Invoice No. Kor-K-10113 Dated 26th Sept. 2004.
In reference to the above purchase, kindly note the following:
· From the very day of purchase, the above referred washing machine did
not work at all. Its rinse and Spin options, failed to work completely. The representative of M/S Pai International who came for installation was unable to get it working even during the installation, and promised to send the Electrolux Service Engineer the very next day. Your competent service personnel did visit me twice but were unable to fix the machine.
· I have also talked to Mr. Velu, supposedly from the servicing dept. of Electrolux, Bangalore office, but he also has been of no help to me in this regard.
· It has been more than 19 days since I made this purchase, yet I have not been able to wash even a single cloth in this machine, since its purchase due to the faulty piece being delivered to me. Perhaps it was my mistake to go in for the ?WORLD’S No. 1 CHOICE? washing machine. Kindly note that the complete payment of Rs. 11500.00 (Rupees Eleven Thousand and Five Hundred Only) for this purchase was made immediately through my card.
· Other than the above amount I have also invested my precious time and effort in following up to get the problem rectified, but all the effort has been wasted. In this process I have also undergone a lot of mental stress and agony.
· You are hereby requested to kindly me a complete refund of the payment made towards this purchase .
· You are also requested to kindly collect back the useless trash from my premises.Your immediate action in this regard is solicited, else I will be forced to take further action against Electrolux, including legal course.
