We were searching for good fridge when we went to Pai Electronics in Koramangala.
My husband was surely interested in ’’Electrolux kelvinator’’ the coolest one.
We purchase the unit in a Grey color.
After around a month only the unit started ’’cooling’’ too much. Everything would freeze inside the fridge. Finally after 2 calls the concerned person came and replaced the part. It was a tiny portion of the temperature range control manufactured by some local company. This clearly explained that the parts were cheap and not even checked for quality.
The fridge makes sounds now and then and keeps on turning off in between. it suddenly starts working. Making a serious no-no recommendation.
It’s almost a year since we bought the fridge. Now the door doesn’t close properly. I wonder what the charges will be to get it repaired.
i dont’ recommend this product to anyone.
overall i’ve found LG products to be very good. Even the LG service is prompt.
