The reason I am writing this review is that of the customer service which was horrible in my case.
I bought this machine in 2012 and after 3 years it started having problems with the dryer function, it just doesn’t work.
I called the customer service for a mechanic because it was still under warranty they came after 9-10 days and they charged a hefty amount( can’t reveal the amount) it was unexpected because they just told was the problem and took out some parts out of it. I was disappointed. The customer service could be better.
