Because of the bad experience with Electrolux DFF-44, I revive my old Mouthshut account again, to beware customers of this company, which has almost no customer affection.
I had purchased a refrigerator from one of the Authorised Dealers, Sabharwal Electronics & Co. vide Invoice No. 1648 dated 28th May 2004. The Refrigerators Model Number is DFF-40. Due to some problem in the refrigerator, we complained on 30th March 2005 which was attended by their engineer.
The Engineer asked us to switch off the fridge and that he will replace a sensor in the fridge. Till today, we have been following up meticulously, religiously and continuously with their customer care service centre in Faridabad but the engineers say that the sensor is not available. The fridge is switched off since 30th March 2005 and we are unable to use it. This is a serious issue and I never expected this from a company of a great repute like Electrolux.
The customer care department has been of no use and no one hear our woes. We have also complained to the Regional Service Head but to no avail. Nobody here would like to have paid Rs. 30000 for a fridge which just stands there and doesnt work at all. The fridge is now shut for 14 days today, while Im writing this review, leave aside the food which went rotten.
