We purchased Eletrolux refrigerator on 5th Nov from Croma in Sion (Mumbai). The delivery and installation took 2 days. We started using it from 8th Nov. And today which is 27th Nov, it has stopped working. The service centre provides horrible service. They have a tie up with repair center across the city and do not have any representative from their company to come visit and check. Croma service is equally horrible. The turn around time for an engineer to call is 24 to 48 hrs. So far, nobody has reverted to us. Several calls made to Eletrolux and Croma stating that a fridge is a necessity and we are in need of it but the request is going to deaf ears. We paid 1lac for the fridge. Worthless, horrible, pathetic. Don’t even think of buying it please.
