I had bought Electrolux oven 2 yrs 20ltrs. I used harldy for six months and the magnetron of the oven was failure, I had made a several calls to the customer service and finally after 2 months the problem was rectified.
Again after few months the machine stopped working I had called up many times to the customer care of Electrolux with the request no.PTNA2508110073 dtd.24/08/2011.
Their technicians visited our place to rectify the problem and told that the magnetron is faulty you need to pay Rs.2000/- to rectify the problem.
I was shocked as I told them the machine is still under warranty why Rs.2000/- then the technician went away saying that the part is not available as soon as it arrive we will come and rectify, 10-15days were gone no body came to visit to see the poor electrolux oven.Again I started making calls to the customer care and then techincian came for a visit and I was shocked when he said that magnetron is fine now the transformer has a problem pay us 2000/- rs. we will rectify.
I think I should take the matter to the consumer court.
