I bought a 760 FX Digiwash from Electrolux, from Viveks, Southend, Bangalore, we went to buy IFB, but finally our fate played the trick and the salesman conned us into this idiotic machine and I and my wife fell for this. Ever since it has been one merry go round. Every other day the coins get jammed, cleaning is not good, white clothes will never be clear white after wash. Colored’s are ok, but collars etc will never be clean.
Service is sick and pathetic.They have given the service contract to some 3rd party who also undertakes all other products, it is not a genuine authorized company service center. Spares may not be genuine leading to repeat business for them. As soon as they connect to the service technician he will say I will charge Rs.280/- for just checking will you pay this amount. Very rude and ill behaved people as technicians, without proper training particularly of the behavioral kind. Don’t know how good they are technically.
In last 3 years every few months, motor failure, panel board failure, this failure, that failure, planning to junk it and buy something like LG or Samsung etc. Please don’t buy Electrulux products. Please don’t buy anything without reading reviews about these crook companies without ethics.
May be one day we will decide please don’t buy anything at all. Probably better to live like our ancestors, the good old maid is the best bet!
