All, just sharing my views on the same. about washing machine. no comment, everything is fine. and good.about the service department in bangalore with numbers 080-25220736; 080-25221848. the LADY, customer support incharge. is truely . good in making excuses and excuses. I give a complaint on 4 june 2007 with number 30601 . and thereafter till 19 june no service person come. now, the game started with calling the service department and waiting for the person. and all and all it is going on.she always replied with " person will come today or tommorow" "he is on leave ", " he will come at 4 Pm". "he did not have mobile" "he carries his personal mobile" "i do not know", "may be he stuck up in traffic jams".
lost of time phone number are engaged. or if get contacted then she put you on hold, after taking your number.
I am not sure . where to write, I am fedup with the answers she provide to me.
my sincer advise to all readers. before purchasing or going for any product, ask the services and turn around time for providing help and support after the years after years. mine is 2+ year old, good condition, however as it is electronic items hence requires maintence .
