Now if I start to think of those days, I would say my dad had a transfer at Nainital. But I may probably end up with saying the unfair attitudes of trainers there . Well Im talking about ESTC which is one among the average centres there. But you can see a rikshaw or a motor van there near the institute and certainly no vehicles or stands upto a range of 3 miles there. You would ask now why I did not take hostels there. Its quite simple guys. There the superintendent and other staffs, yes I talked to them and also saw the environment there in the rooms . Its like an unhygienic mess with dirt everywhere, foul smells coming from the toilets even worse condition than being in prison. So I had to travel all the way there by my friends cycle. Degrees that they provide include DOEACC O Level, DOEACC A Level, and BE./B-Tech. No doubt its quite a good Training centre for those whose ambitions are to study Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/CS Engineering/PCB Design and Manufacturing with lots of good and improvised quality stuffs and machines and computers. No doubt I would give an A+ to the infrastructure of the institute there. Academics there include near about 43 courses in 2 streams and at the training cell, the trainer would rather get involved in his own buisness in the midst of giving lectures there. They were hardly to be said co- operative. And their fees is too high to dent ones pocket in just awhile. I dont think they are progressing well as per their objectives. Need to improve their Fascilities and faculties, and behaviour towards one
