I have been using the machine for three years and had so far been satisfied. The machine is fairly easy to use and cleans well. I had then gir or at a competitive price on Amazon. It also looks sleek. The duration of the most recommended "Eco" cycle is 3hrs+ but the results of the quick wash cycle, which is slated to take an hour but takes only 45 mind, are equally good (the water and power consumption difference is nominal).
However, I got the shock of my life this month. A plastic pulley holding the upper tray in position for half load operation broke due to wear (see photo). I wrote to the companys tech support for its replacement. I expected it to cost under ₹100, plus visit charge. I got a call back telling me that I have to replace the entire tray which will cost almost₹8000! Hence, if you are planning to buy a dishwasher, buy one after getting written confirmation on the replaceability is such parts.
It would have been better if the displays of settings used were visible while the machine is running... they are on the part of the door which is hidden once the door is closed to operate the machine. And if "balance cycle time" was also displayed outside as on washing machines.
