I bought Elica’s Hob model Flexi Pro FB 3B 75 MT DX on 24.03.20. Along with the same we bought Elica Chimney, Elica Oven too. We spoke to dealers & office people who pretend that these are best, expensive having known its reputation, they hid truth. That’s why I call them a bunch of cheaters. We had to clean the burner every month spending Rs 400 per visit of service labor. In spite of this Within 8 months the burners got distorted, bent & lost its shape. The gas was leaking, hugh wastage felt. We were resorted to changing the nozzle, unaware of the issue. Finally the service person said the burner needs to be changed. We fought with Elica & got burner replaced in Jan2022.
In Jan23, again the burner is distorted, bent within 8 months & I am running pillar to post. The service personal acknowledge that there are many complaints in Elica product range. I hereby request NOT TO BUY ELICA. Expensive, very poor design, quality, durability & service.
