I regret to have a cause to complaint about Elica stoves.I am a customer of both Elicia stove worth Rs 12000 and chiminey.However, the stove fully out of functions within 1 and half years. Simply a normal stove of Rs 1500 will function better than any type of Elica stoves. I can explain problems of its each parts.This is a naked fact from my experience. So never go on Elica products.
