I had purchased Elica kitchen hob in Feb 2013.The glass has accidentally broken.I had lodged a complaint with the company on 07.03.2015.The company told me they do not have the glass at present and it will take 3 months, since it has to come from Italy and will cost Rs 3000/-.
They are willing to do some modification which will cost Rs 6000/-After purchasing a product of Rs 13000/-just 2 years back why should any body spend Rs 6000?
After sale service of this company is pathetic.I strongly advise people not to buy their products, being so fragile.
