I bought an Elica chimney on Amazon and on 2nd Dec asked for installation.
I specifically requested the technician to visit and install on 3rd Dec. Elica technician(contact number: 95028 05166) called me on 4th Dec and says he got the information only few minutes ago.This is the level of irresponsible behaviour .
you should use some common sense(if you have any).We are also working people and I availed leave on 3rd Dec only for this installation and you dont show up.
your technician changes tone and gets abusive . "shall I come or not"? what nonsense!Please teach some decency to your staff.
