I bought elica chimney 6 months back. I am really saying this cause lot of trouble for m and I got frustrated only after 4 months of purchase. This chimney creates lot of noise only after 4 months of use. Elica chimney is user friendly because it has push buttons. But its buttons are not working properly. Its buttons are not working properly so it’s become difficult to handle it when it create sound. If talk about its style and design I dont like its design. It has very poor style. Service support of elica chimney is very bad when I call its customer care but they don’t give any importance to my complaint and end my call. I registered 4 to 5 complaints till now but no one came from company to solve my problem.
