Today’s Traders Ahmedabad are authorized dealers of Elica chimneys or kitchenhood. Beware. The product is VERY VERY bad. In one month of purchasing, it stopped working. When called the service station, they sent a man after a couple of days. The man got confused and concluded that’motor’ is dead. And, he cannot fix it.
To fix it, we need to add Roop Agency on our whatsapp and send them bill. This was pathetic but still we did. NO response from Roop Agency though the bill scanned was delivered(double tick on whatsapp).
When I complained on Twitter and Facebook, Elica headquarters contacted me and ensure taking action. it has been two days. NO ACTION.
WORST product, EVEN WORST customer service.
NEVER ever go for it. Buy a bit costly(Hindwear or something) but don’t go for Elica.
