The cook tops are highly inefficient, with all the heat getting wasted. Cooking time is doubled and gas consumption is also doubled. This is because the iron grill comes on top of the flames and that gets heated first.
It requires servicing every 3 months, or else it will not work properly. And they charge you around 1000 rs.
One burner stopped lighting up within 3 months and the technicians were not able to fix it. Later they are asking 1000 rs for replacement of parts
Their call center people are bunch of idiots, who themselves don’t know what the products are and what is to be done.
So, after paying 12000 for the hob, and 1000 rs every three months, I still have only 1 burner working properly out of 3. That too which wastes LPG.
Seriously regret buying such a product.
