We are having tough time dealing with elica support personal fixing our inbuilt elica microwave. First of all they never respond ontime even after multiple call.
They visited us after 3 weeks of filing complaint and multiple followups then they charged us good amount of money to fix a small issue and then it again stopped working just 2 days after repair. Seems like problem wasnt handled well by elica support. not sure whom in Elica I need to contact to get this issue resolved.
