I have bought an Elica cooktop on 1st August 2011, but the product is very very bad. Every now and then the gas flow is blocked. The technician corrected the problem at least 4 - 5 times. But now the customer care is not even bother to pick up the phone. On 3rd September they received my call and assured me that they will send a technician within 48 hours. but that was the last time I have heard of them.
This a worst product and I request people to not buy any Elica product.
