Very Very poor service being provided by Elica india. even they dnt care once they sale the product. useless company and services. They should focus more on customer request rather than’sale and forget’. Let us not waste money and time on elica products. when ever we try to contact them they make excuses and behave very irresponsible. I will never recommend this product. we at Bangalore/India do not have responsible customer care from elica. company should take care of this or shut down.
