Elica has outsourced the service and has no control over the service units and the staff. The service center support has a different treatment if you are not under AMC and if you are having an AMC. The technicians are very inexperienced and rude - even with the Elica’s top management as well. When it comes to spare parts - worst in the worst. they were not able to replace my Elica’s hob’s(purchased in 2017) burners since last two years.
A big no to this product and think before you buy.
