I was literally scammed while buying elica’s hob. I spent nearly Rs. 16, 000 on it and it was worthless. I bought it in 2015 and since then it’s been always bad. It’s the burner problem since three years . It’s an automatic gas hob but after one month of purchase the automatic working has been useless . We have to use a liter everytime and it was not fixed even after complaining. I even paid the mechanics Rs. 2000-3000 to fix this problem but nothing special came out of it . Even elica’s so called "experienced" mechanics didn’t solve it. The elica service is the worst. Now what should I do with this expensive yet useless piece .
