I have purchased Elica built-in gas hob model: FLEXI PRO FB 4B 70 MT and sr no. BJ19227353 on 6th December 2019 from M/S Vizag Smart Home Visakhapatnam and the date of installation was 13/11/2020.
It’s under warranty for 5years.
Since there’s a problem in the burners, I have approached the company to address the problem under warranty. They have insisted for Warranty card and the invoice.
Since I was not having invoice, I had requested the dealer to issue a copy. But he is saying that it’s more than 4 years old and not possible.
Recently I checked my papers and found one purchase order Dt. 6th December 2019 (copy attached) issued by the dealer duly acknowledging my advance payment. Remaining balance was transferred to the dealer’s account on 7th December 2019 through net banking.
I doubt whether he had issued any gst paid invoice, hence he may be telling that it’s not available.
They have deliberately didn’t issue invoice to me at the time of purchase of the built-in gas hob and cooker hood, which you are bound to issue, and now insisting for the invoice from me when I made complaint in January 2023 stating the above defects in the gas hob, and on that pretext they are grossly neglecting to replace the gas hob with burners, in spite of my repeated complaints from time to time till this day, it tantamount to deficiency of service.
When I approached their service team, they have demanded 8000/- for burners as there is no invoice and didn’t attend to my grievance and they are very rude with me
Really disappointed with Elica products and suggest not to go for its products
