I had called placing a request for hob servicing and chimney service and they confirmed it for Rs 1003. But the technician only did hob servicing saying he’s received order for only hob servicing and charged me Rs 1003. he just opened the stove and cleaned with a piece of cloth and after me insisting, he cleaned the cover of the burner. He finished his work in less than 30 minutes. When I called the customer service, they said the request was taken only for hob service. So basically, for just cleaning with a cloth which anyone could have done, I was charged rs 1000.
