We bought Elica INOX PRO FB MFC 5B 90 MT FFD product. Worst experience with Elica. Delivered product was faulty and had issues from the day of installation. We have raised many service requests and call, but everytime some technician would be there to fix one issue but it would result in another issue immediately on his departure. This has been going on for about 6 months now with our product which was installed in march. We are not satisfied with the product and service delivered by the Elica Team. They have changed the parts multiple times but still issues are unresolved.
We bought steel inbuilt hob as we didn’t want glass hob for our home. Product was sold as steel hob with no glass. But to our surprise, purchased hob is just steel filmed or coated on glass and it was not informed to us nor mentioned in the product catalogue. We were cheated as we didn’t wanted glass in our hob. Also, when sold it was mentioned that its scratch proof steel, but we have got many scratches due to hob parts itself. when complained, elica team doesnt respond on this at all.
Very poor response from the Elica Team. Worst part is most of the time request would be automatically closed without even inspecting or resolving the issue. Concerning thing is with so many issues of the product within warranty period, what might happen when warranty is over?
