Pathetic Sales and service. They are not technically strong. Very poor service after sales. Bought a ford figo lxi model and ordered a ford music system while delivery. They messed up things very badly and finally after first service they hiked the cost to 50% more than the committed value. Not at all recommending to any one. Till the delivery the service is good. Later on the sales put everything on the service and service ppl says we don’t know the commitment made by the sales.
