I have given my Ford Figo Diesel Car for First Service on 3rd Nov 2012. It was the first service, as soon as I entered the service center Service advisor Avinash came and introduced himself and been told me that it will be completed by 2:00 PM. Till 2:00 pm the vehicle was inside the Garage and they are least bothered to attend the car. I was the one who went inside and requesting the employees inside to do the job. It was a pathetic experience.
I lost my patience and scolded everybody over there and then they started doing the work for me. I got the vehicle delivered by 5:30 PM. There were no good hotels nearby it is very difficult to get food also. The staff is poor in technical stuffs and least bothered about the clients. The service is so bad that I have not even notice any changes before and after service. Never go to Elite ford service center. The first service itself they could not do properly then how they can repair any faults???
