Yesterday , on 11-Nov-2012 my first free service of ford figo deisel was due. I have informed elite ford service that I will be giving my vehicle on 9:15 AM. As per the schedule time I have reached Elite Ford service in WhileField Road. I have been asked to wait for some time in the customer lounge., where it was very comfortable.
I have rechecked whether my car is taken yet, then they assigned it to a supervisor, and started washing and cleaning, I was able to see that in front of my eyes , they cleaned it well. Then they have changed the liquid in wiper wash bottle. Also they applied polish on plastic areas in dashboard and doors. They also applied Tyre shine polish on tyres.
Although I spend almost 3 hours in the service center it was a very good experience. This is my second car my first one was a santro, hyndai was a horrible experience, they torture customers. Staff from the security guard to the cashier, including each mechanic or cleaner was very courteous and well trained. They dont have any confusions what to be done. Overall it was an excellent experience with Elite Ford.
