Elitify ? More like Late-ify or No Service-Fy !

I would like to think of myself as what you define as a "Lazy-shopper". I do not write reviews, if the delivered products(be it grocery, clothes or any xyz item) are a lil’ damaged or not upto expectations, I am not the one to file a complain or take the pain to return them.


But Elitify decided to test my patience. Not just test my patience but more like THEY WERE ON AN AGENDA TO STRESS ME. My siRobotouchng was getting engaged, for which I decided to order a Ralph Lauren suit online on "Elitify.com". The enagement was on 31st Jan, 2016 and I placed the order on 27th Dec, cause elitify claimed the item to be shipped within 10-14 days.


When I didnt get any stauts update on my order, I decided to follow up on my order on 8th Jan, 12 days after I placed my order. Please see the mail below:

I WAS SHOCKED. If they had failed to procure the item, why didnt they notify me earlier. I only got an update that they cant deliver my good after 12 days of initial order placement, when I followed up with them.

I would have appreciated if I was kept in loop about the non-availabilty of the product. I had booked the suit for a special occassion on 12th jan. Now its too late, and I was only informed about the unavilabilty once I dropped a mail. I am really disappointed with the level of commitment and services provided by elitify.


The suits mailed by you are not what I had in mind.

I was like okay and started preparing for the engamgent and got along with the work. After completion of a month when I still didn’t get my money back, I decided to follow up on them on Feb 5.

Will the amount be ever Cred824ited back into my account or will it be the repetition of same story of when I ordered the suit?


Honestly, this is the portal with worst customer service that I have come across. There are absolutely no efforts I see from elitify team to update the customer about any required information. The customer needs to follow-up in order to track order or refunds.


I won’t be coming back to elitify and would refer my friends/colleagues to do the same.

You have got to be kidding me. It’s been more than a month and a half since this charade has been going on and you are telling me that it will take another week?


Why do you have such poor level of operations that your finance team such long hours to process a simple refund?

Can I get ANY KIND OF REVERT FROM YOUR SIDE?

NOW THEY ARENT EVEN REPLYING TO MY MAILS. Its going to be two months, they have pocketed my 31, 000 rs out of my Cred824it card and not REPLYING. These people are thugs and thieves of the highest order. This whole charade has taken so much of my time, energy and money. I am now very angry with them and am discussing with my lawyer friend to take legal actions against them.


I would update the article as soon as my lawyer moves to serve them a notice.


My advise to the fellow shoppers: Please REFRAIN YOURSELF FROM USING SUCH A POOR SHOPPING PORTAL WHRE CUSTOMERS ARE TORTURED AND NOT AT ALL RESPECTED. #ShutDownElitify
