Its been over 3 months I have not got my refund and I have followed up few times and yesterday I got the most shocking reply from their customer care executive Rahul Bhardwaj that they had processed my refund but due to some failure in gateway the transaction was not completed.
I got the reply only when I emailed them
arent they supposed to inform the customer themselves? I am suppose to get a refund since the Month of May 2016
for my order 78592 as I purchased a tshirt but they emailed me that its not in stock and amount will be refunded its not that I returned the product and it took time.
Would you want to shop from such a shopping portal ?
