I gave elitmus way back in 2012 and it was instrumental in getting me my first job. Elitmus is a link between recruiter and the candidate and helps in providing good employees to the recruiter and also helps in providing many opportunities to the candidates in getting them their first job and in helping them in getting a job change based on a pH test. pH test is nothing but a CAT based 2 hours test. The syllabus is more or less like CAT. Being preparing for CAT helped me in cracking the exam.
After giving the exam you will be be getting many opportunities for a good job. And what you have to do is just apply for your interested company and wait for a interview call. The entire process is simple and if you a good pH score, you will be getting call from every company.
But there is a catch too, many companies which recruit on the basis of Elitmus and bangalore based and their interview process takes place in bangalore. The company doesnt pay for the too and fro expenses and you have to manage them on your own, so if you are from north India, it gets a touch difficult to attend each and every interview.
Apart from this a few companies, look for a candidate from candidates form IITs and NITs only which is insane as why would students from such colleges be looking a job from elimus?
Additionally, some companies will pay you less not based on your pH score but based on your college. Scoring 99.9 percentile will fetch you less packages if you are from some normal college, and scoring 70 percetile will fetch you more if you are from NIT or Thapar.
Overall a good platform for seeking jobs, but you not expect much after scoring 99 or above
