To everyone who is ever planning to go to the Elixir salon located in the very posh DLF city club in phase 4, Gurgaon - DONT GO THERE. The salon seems posh but it is filled with incompetent nincompoops who know nothing about hair. Especially beware of the woman Leena who likes taking a scissor and randomly cutting off people’s hair without asking.
The stylists are underconfident and keep running to the manager for advice. the manager Siami is just another all talk and no action woman who is truly dumb. I went to get my hair fringe smoothened and a cut. Not only did their incompetent stylist Akshay ruin my hair, he also didnt know what to do with his scissors. After a lot of explaining, he tried to give a good job which was also pathetic when this loud, nosy woman Leena came and took the scissor from him and started cutting my hair like it was her garden. she didnt even use a comb. she uses people as guinea pigs. this is a warning to all those who ever plan to go there - PLEASE DONT. not only did they ruin my hair, they didnt return my money even after asking and just kept standing there dumb.
When I went back the next day the manager Siami further ruined my hair in the quest to make the cut presentable. I am stuck with hairpins and embarrasment for a while. Save yourself the torture and dont be fooled by that disgusting salon - ELIXIR SALON!
