Elle 18 nailpaints are the thinnest and cheapest nail enamel I have used. The paint is so thin that u need to apply 2 coats minimum without ANY CHOICE plus its shades are different what they actually appear from outside.
However if you are keen towards shine and bling nail enamel than this is the product of your choice.
