Bought a product. turned out to be faulty. raised exchange request. no heed. kept reminding. later asked to return as I never wanted to deal with them anymore. drama by courier guys now. again reminders. finally they agree to take return and refund. they pick up and vanish this time. not even a mail confirming receipt of product. absolutely third rate service. must be some home run stupid enterprise fooling ppl with just a website with pictures.
they shud be banned these absconders!
