Our experience with Elpro International School has been nothing short of disappointing. The teachers display extremely rude and unprofessional behavior, which creates a hostile environment rather than a supportive one. For a school that charges such exorbitant fees, the level of care and respect towards students is shockingly low.
One of the major issues is the excessive emphasis on "notebook work." Children are compelled to fill up pages with repetitive, meaningless tasks that add no value to their education. Why is this outdated practice prioritized when students could simply focus on learning from textbooks? These unnecessary assignments only leave students drained and frustrated by the time they get home. The school’s obsession with this busywork takes the joy out of learning and defeats the very purpose of education.
Another serious concern is the enforcement of prayer routines. While discipline is important, students are forced to participate in long, mandatory prayers every day, whether they wish to or not. Education should nurture individuality and respect personal beliefs, but the school seems intent on imposing a rigid structure that many children find tiresome and unnecessary.
On top of all this, the school charges an outrageous ₹1, 50, 000 per year from each student, yet cannot even provide basic amenities like air conditioning in classrooms. Considering the unbearable heat during the summer, this lack of infrastructure is unacceptable. For such high fees, we expect better facilities, a more accommodating environment, and greater accountability in how the school uses its funds.
Elpro International School seriously needs to reevaluate its priorities. Instead of burdening children with pointless tasks and outdated practices, they should focus on fostering a healthy, engaging learning environment and upgrading their infrastructure. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this school to anyone. There are far better institutions that value students well-being and offer a higher standard of education. Save your money and find a school that truly invests in your child’s future.
