By yesterday my email was blocked by emaar feedback and enquiry. Today i.e on 13.08.2019 only I got response after 4 days from Sonalika Jain of customer happiness centre of emaargurgaon branch. In her reply she told that I have already received booking copy so they can not provide another one. She was in constant denial mode and highly Unprofessional. First of all I have given several reminders about my booking copy after 13 day only she remenbers I have a copy, if I have a copy there is no harm in sending another one. What is she hiding? she have claimed to forward me the original latter as attachment in this mail but I am not able to open the attachment as it is corrupt. Why after several reminders she is not sending me booking and scan copy of original letter? If executive like her are there in Emaar I think they have to re-name it as customer harassment centre.
