I have been using email.com free services and I have never had trouble and the interface, navigation and service is very easy and trouble free. I recently got a few mails which seemed like trouble, hence I sent a mail to there customer support, within minutes I got a automated mail which gave me a token id and informed the matter was being looked at and I would get a response within 24 to 30 odd hours.
The next day I had received a very friendly mail from customer support mail.com with clear information, which was very direct, compact and which solved the problem. I would give them 5 stars considering the fact they are not big mail players like yahoo, msn and yet having such good service.
Sometimes the advertisement’s might bother you, which I have got used to. They have various levels of service according to needs and hence I guess paid service do not have to worry about ads.
Compared to msn, yahoo and others, mail.com needs to show more of security, spam control features so users can feel safe. I have noticed I normally don’t get any spam mail which I find in my yahoo account.
