I have a very bad experience ordering a product from emibazaar.com. I thought they are professionals as their pamphlet came along with credit card bill and website was mentioned in Blue Star Ac advertisement. I thought they are genuine. I placed my order due to emibazaar.com was suggested to me by Blue Star AC Authorised Dealer.
emibazaar.com provides very attractive EMI offers on their website to trap customers. Once you place order they will never deliver and will make useless excuses.
I must say it is a fraud company as even after 11th day of my order they are not committing exact dispatch date.
Never place any order from their website or through their toll-free number as once you have placed your order, they will never care to call you back or revert you regarding product delivery & all.
They have policy of maximum delivery period of 7-10 days. 11 days already passed away, I am not able to see even my order status on their website. I asked them why status is not showing on website they say It will show when item will be dispatched. On call they always say order is in progress. I requested them to transfer my call to senior member but they refuse to transfer the call to senior guys saying “I am able to give the status so cannot transfer the call”.
At last fed-up of this fraudulent company & their fraud customer care, I am forced to request my credit card company to reverse my transaction amount.
Now I am waiting for my money to be credited back in my account as they are saying at max it would take 120 days for my money to return. So, you guys already know a little mistake can put you in long trouble. So, I suggest never purchase any product online without checking company review on google. There are so many complaints you can find for emibazaar.com if you search “emi bazaar review” on google.
