This is company where you won’t like to work with. Emids just dump all the work on you which will be over 70 hours a week and won’t pay you even for 40 per week. You will keep waiting for your paycheck.
I had terrible experience with Rama and Srikant in their Nashville TN office. After signing the timesheets also it is not a guarantee that you will be paid for your work. They will compromise the standards as they will get the work done by single person where requires a team.
It is now understood that if this is the work culture and work pressure on every consultant how the quality of their work would be. The software products they do are full of bugs and consultants are held responsible for this. They never follow the HEPA standards. The private information is at risk with this company in the hands of consultants and most of the consultants they hire do not even are aware regarding HEPA guidelines as they do not conduct any trainings on HEPA. Well, they do not have time to conduct of check about this. Anyway, it is a NO NO and suggests you guys to stay away from these folks.
Beware of this desi (Indian) consulting company. I would say stay away from them.
