This is bring to you kind notice the bad experience faced by me when I landed By Emirates Airlines at Mumbai airport.
On my arrival at Mumbai Airport I had collected my two registered baggage’s one of which bearing tag no; EK 220805 was damaged – lock broken open!, on seeing this I immediately registered a Complain in Mumbai Airport. While in process One of your Ground Staff by the name of Ms Vidya Chaudhari – Emp. no: 594770 intervened I however narrated to her what had happen. – I was very astonished to note that your staff Ms Vidya Chaudhari – Emp. no: 594770 was extremely rude with me, I mentioned to her that I am a regular traveler from Mumbai-Copenhagen-Mumbai for the last 7 years & used many European Airlines in the past and this is my last 2 trips which I made By Emirates Airlines – She mentioned to me in a rude manner which I quote “that if you are not satisfied with Emirates you may fly other Airlines “.
I would like to mention that in my 27 years of International Travel, this is the first time I have being faced with my Registered Baggage been broken & the Airline staff being rude to me.
Today I am very much shocked with the service rendered to me by Emirates Airlines - Mumbai
