They are rigid, will stick to policy no matter what. Unforeseen circumstances or medical reasons don’t appeal to them.
Customer service email is dumb and there are no real person through whom you are gert in touch.Also very difficult to get in touch or write mails to key people which is not the case in any other firm
One big organization which is unethical and irrational.They sought to earn money on cancellations.
