I am a regularar traveller with Emirate Airlines and so far up to now I have not had any problems with them.
The last time I flew with the airline was last year in November where I had to go on the last minute away on business, I spoke directly with the airlines office in England and arranged to pick the ticket from the airport 3 hours before departure.
When I got to the ticket counter my ticket was ready and waiting but due to some problems and lack of communication and misunderstanding on their part I was quoted a different price on the phone and was charged something else they resolved the misunderstanding by upgrading me to first class and I was also offered a free ticket and accommodation which I will be using next month when I go to Dubai.
I am alway kept upto date on any offers they have.
