Poor online services - Irresponsible customer care - Rude staff - Absolutely unprofessional airline.
That’s my experience of Emirates when my parents were flying to Emirates flight no EK539 to London via Dubai.
> I tried to check-in online 5 times unsuccessfully and every time irresponsible customer care executives asked me to try after some time! Finally I gave up.
> We reach airport 4 hrs before scheduled departure to ensure hassle free check-in as both travelers(my parents) were senior citizens. But they could board flight at last moment with panic to miss the flight all these 4 hrs because rude and unprofessional airport staff of Emirates harassed them for carrying about 7/8 kgs extra then allowed weight for two travelers.
My brother carried more weight to London just a month back as he flown with British Airways. One can understand that policy can differ with different airline but qualities of services are expected to be equal.
Emirates staff misbehaved and harassed two senior citizens instead of offering help.
DONT MAKE A MISTAKE I DID - BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING WITH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
