Hello. Today I am going to write my honest review for Emma Mattress. I have ordered this mattress from thier site before 4 months. The product I received is of very bad quality. The mattress is veey hard due to which body pains in the morning. I have tried calling and mailing them many time but got no response from there side.
Durability :
The material used in the mattress is of very bad quality. The the colours got based roughly. The mattress is very hard as rock. Due to which the body pains whole day.
Handy:
The matress is also very bulky and heavy. Due to which handling is very tough. I have never seen any mattrss that heavy though.
Style and design :
In terms of style and design I would say its an average looking mattress. Nothing great in their design as well as style.
Value for money:
After all that pathetic service from their executive and considering the hardness of the matress I would say that it is definitely not a value for money product. I am totally disappointed by the product. I wouldn’t recommend this mattress to anyone.
