Story of The Great Restaurant in B-town The Hotel Empire Services:Last night me and few of my friends had been here for a birthday celebration.
But it was a total night mare and all our celebrations ruined because empire food quality and the services provided this bustards dont have sense on appointing staff they have appointed all nepali’s and chinese people those people dont even understand or order.
If we order mushroom fried rice they bring mutton fried rice and they serve us used lemons whith chicken arre you people if you dont know to run a restaurant better close that and sit at home why do you provide such worst services and worst thing was the manager their is also a nepali who could not understand my feedback and just nodded head for all I shouted at him!
This is really disappointing this idiots charged us 2400/- for the entire dinner but none wer happy all plan and money went waste! Hence I would request all to first look around what kind of employers they have if they have nepali’s and chinese please do not sit and waste your time and money here! And a note to empire people -
You guys have such a brand name but whats the use if you have this sought of a quality I would have dragged the nepali/chinese and kicked him for all the behaviour and attitude they should but its of no use since its the managements responsibility to look into that!
